The grapes are sour!

Remember the fox who said the grapes are sour? That was only part of the story. Read on to learn the whole story.

There were three foxes. Alpha fox, Beta fox and Omega fox went to a farm. Beta fox jumped to get the bunch of grapes hanging from the vine. After attempting thrice, he gave up. He declared, 'the grapes are sour' and munched the grapes fallen on earth. He found them sweet.

Alpha fox was not a fox who gives up. He was motivated, focussed and believed in positive thinking. He jumped again and again , again and again. He fell down several times, but continued jumping. Finally he grabbed the bunch of grapes and they were .... sour! 

He glanced quickly whether any sweet grapes were left on the earth. Beta fox had finished all of them. 'Greedy like a human', Alpha fox thought. Conscious of Beta fox watching intently, Alpha fox made a great show of enjoying the grapes. Beta fox did not miss him wincing. 'Those grapes are sour , aren't they ?', he asked. Alpha fox told smugly, 'Of course they are. I love sour grapes. Once you develop a taste for sour grapes, you wouldn't care for sweet grapes at all. Besides sweet grapes are high in calories. They give you a tummy. Then you won't be able to jump high at all'. Beta fox realized he did have a tummy. No wonder he could not jump high. 

Meanwhile Omega fox broke into the wine cellar and lapped up the wine.

Alpha fox went home unhappy, because he did not get sweet grapes and he was tired.

Beta fox went home unhappy, because he did not get sour grapes and he had a tummy.

Omega fox went home happy, because he thought he had a great time with Alpha fox and Beta fox.

Next morning , Alpha fox woke up with stomach ache.

Beta fox woke up with depression.

Omega fox woke up with hangover.

In a few years, all three foxes died, as often happens among foxes. The cause of deaths were not related to grapes in any form , sweet, sour or liquid.
